Enquiry is the first step. Here the guardian gets to know about the age criteria set according to the CBSE for taking the admission in the required class. Further all the information about the school, its activities, programs, exam scheme, parents teacher meet, school timings, uniform, books, transport, scholarship system etc. are provided along with the visit of the school premises.
Registration is the second step. Here the Registration form is filled by providing basic details of the student attaching previous class marksheet photocopy. Further time, date & syllabus of the entrance is provided.
Entrance is the third step. Here the entrance exam is conducted for taking the admission in the respective class. After the entrance notebook is checked & minimum criteria is fulfilled along with the approval of higher authorities, the guardian can proceed with the admission process.
Admission is the last step. Here the admission form is being filled by the guardian along with the required documents.
For the LKG to XI class :-
*Previous class original marksheet of student
*Previous class original TC of student
*Aadhar Card of student
*Cast certificate of Father/Mother/ Student
*1- passport size photograph of student
*(For Nursery class :- Original DOB certificate of student is also required)
Further, for getting all the information related to the school, Study Base app is downloaded in the guardians phone.
Also school office & coordinator contact number is provided for any query & the student is added in the WhatsApp group of their class.
Later on information about books, uniform, transport etc is provided.
Swami RN Hr. Sec. School admissions can be done in one of two ways. Online and offline, etc.
OFFLINE – On all working days from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, parents can purchase the registration form from the school Reception and follow the admission in charge’s instructions.
ONLINE – On the school website, a registration form is accessible. It can be filled out and filed online. Except for Class Nursery, where there is no formal admission test necessary. Admissions will be given based on passing qualification tests and interactions with the kid and their parents. Admissions decisions will be made based on applicants’ performance on the admissions test and their interactions with other applicants.
